We provide tools for story creation, automation, sharing, and team collaboration.

3User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4Subscription & Payment

Certain features of Storyboom require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us or our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Airwallex) to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• You are responsible for paying applicable taxes (including VAT, if required)

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Storyboom to:

• Create harmful, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content
• Upload viruses or interfere with platform stability
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the underlying software
• Abuse, harass, or spam other users

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using Storyboom. By using the platform, you grant us a license to store, process, maintain, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our IP

All Storyboom software, branding, AI models, design, features, and tools remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse them without permission.

7AI-Generated Output

Storyboom uses AI to generate stories, posts, and marketing content. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on AI output

8Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we process it, and how we protect it. By using Storyboom, you agree to our data practices.

9Third-Party Services

Storyboom integrates with third-party providers such as:

• Stripe
• Airwallex
• Slack
• Microsoft Teams
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyboom is not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storyboom and its team from claims, damages, losses, and legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service.

12Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
